-Yes, by sending us a picture we can do our best to obtain the same flowers using a local florist.

-16x20 is our most popular, not too big or small, just perfect. This question also depends on how big your bouquet is.

-No we can frame most any flowers including but not limited to funerals, anniversaries, weddings, prom's etc.

-Yes customer will need to pay additional shipping fee. However, you can drop off and/or pickup in person at our shop if scheduled in advance.

Unfortunately, we receive calls about this all the time and are noticing a rapidly growing trend. -The good news is that in most cases, this can be corrected, by either sending the damaged flowers or supplying me with some wedding photos to re-create the bouquet. Each individual situation varies but I can work with you to achieve a high-quality product for you and family to enjoy! Just contact us for details!

Yes! We can color correct most flowers. This is available upon request and there is no extra charge.

Pressed petals are flowers that are carefully placed into a custom-built press and take a few months to property flatten. Each frame is handcrafted in Vermont and is a unique artisan piece of work. This is not a commercial operation by any means. Each frame takes many hours to complete.

This is a technique used to permanently alter and enhance the color of your flowers as part of the preservation process. Color correction is done by request only and is free of charge. Based on feedback it appears to be a customer favorite!

-Time delays can happen. This is due to several factors including, various flower species, drying times, glue set up and curing, color correction, current order volume, deconstruction and reconstruction of bouquet, etc. All of these factors and others contribute to possible delays. On average each custom frame takes approximately 4 to 6 months to ship (this is only a rough estimate). This is all done to ensure a professionally handcrafted item for you to enjoy that will not mold in the future or have inferior characteristics.

-A mock-up is a presentation of how your flower bouquet will look in the frame before the final assembly takes place. We offer up to 2 free mock-ups. For additional mock-ups there will be an additional fee.

-Pressed Petals By Melody does not have a secretary, we try our best to promptly respond to inquiries. Please have patience with responses as we are working very hard on your custom and unique piece of art.

Rest assured during this complex and delicate process, your flowers are being handled with love, care and every possible precaution, for a stunning end result to cherish forever! Please note this process can't be rushed or handled inadequately, due to the possible result of an inferior product being produced. Pressed Petals By Melody takes great pride in our work, from receiving your beautiful flower bouquets all the way through to shipping off your special frame. During this time, we think of the planning and prep work of any project in life, if the planning and prep work is not completed with due diligence, then the entire project is not going to result in the expected outcome.
